Our customer base includes government institutions and installations, hospitals and healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, universities, municipalities, retail stores, and residences. We specialize in all aspects of the standby power industry with an emphasis on quality and customer service.

Personnel

Our people are the difference. A company is only as good as the sum of it's people, training, and leadership. Nearly 50% of our personel have served in the United States Armed Forces. Our staff and personel include both college and tech school graduates in the studies of metallurgy, electrical/electronics engineering, and automotive technologies. They bring with them many years prior field experience with quality control of nuclear reactor and aircraft engines, production assembly and testing of electronics based systems, as well as the diagnostics and repair of internal combustion engines. All mechanics and technicians are required to further attain specialized occupational training and continually meet the standards and testing set forth by various equipment manufacturers. It is this diverse knowledge and continual education that allows our people to better serve and meet our customer's needs.

In an effort to provide our clients with the best possible customer satisfaction we are continually upgrading our fleet with the latest test equipment, diagnostics, and service tools. These tools are not only necessary to meet the latest industry requirements for reliability, flexibility, and safety but are absolutely essential for the quality customer service experience.
